Deadline for abstract submission: Aug. 1, 2012; Deadline for manuscript submission: Nov. 10, 2012.

Manuscripts received after the deadline will be considered as submissions for regular issues.

Submitted papers should not have been published previously, nor will be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
